Set the font on the all programs background for all 4 properties to ariel 8. Adjust the backround content left margin to -69. The skin will look the same and the all programs button will align better for most people. Its worked in the past anyways.

Sorry to everyone for the mistakes, but you know, I only have WinXP chinese edition installed, so it may have problems in different native language system.

The black skins always seem to have a display problem, but I haven't been able to find a flaw. Excellent work!
