How to install and apply toolbar icons:
- Download the iconset
- Doubleclick the file (must be.wba)
- Open the Windowblinds Configuration (doubleclick systemtray icon)
- click 'My Toolbars'
- Check off whatever option you want to use (I use 'if the skin has a toolbar icon...")
- Pick the set you want to use (You will see more than the one toolbar listed, all depending on how many skins you have installed)
- Click 'Apply changes'
Now, if you open an Explorer window you will propably see that absolutely nada has happend - no worries!
Rightclick the toolbar and click 'customize' - select 'large/small' icons (dependnig on what you normally use)
Click close and voila - a new set of toolbar icons!

Cheeky?! Not at all.
You see a rollup-button in the screenshot? That must have sneaked itself in after I uploaded the skin - cause there is no rollup-button
I use "rightclick titlebar" as rollup.
The toolbar icons can be found here: https://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SID=1&SkinID=27&LibID=36
As for transparency-button.... this might be added later - no promises, since i never use it myself
