Wow, very creative! You did a amazing job on the extra extra graphics. The design is smooth and the colors go nicely together. The only thing I have a problem noticing is when one of the programs in my task bar blinks, to me, the active color isn't bright enough. Overall though this is a awesome skin, I can't see why you have a rating of 5 though.
