I really really like this skin, almost the perfect look I've been seeking.
I downloaded and ran it and ended up with my "Start Menu" all scrunched up. Same problem at other resolutions..
Check out my link for a visual.
Is it my PC, a setting or something?
Any help is appreciated.

Thank you everyone
WhyZeeGuy, I see that the startmenu is at the correct size, so I suspect its your iconsizes - so try this:
Rightclick an empty space on the startmenu, select properties from the menu, click the 'costumize' button and checkoff 'Small icons'.
Then set your desktop iconsize to 32
(display properties -> appearance -> advanced -> other advanced controls -> pick 'Icon' from the 'Item' and set the size to 32)
