I love me some BeOS skins.
I always take a skin I like and do a Be-style version for myself, perhaps I will share some of my little creations.

aw one title bar button - too bad - who wants to have to use their keyboard and mouse together

Yeah, I agree with Nutshell... Very nice looking skin, but I will never use it... I often have only one hand available when my one year old is on my lap... but I will download it because it looks great and you deserve the download! Even if I will never use it.

Nice skin, Snowy. I like the unique, one-button approach. 
You don't have to use your keyboard at all. You can double-click the titlebar to maximize/restore, and click the task button to minimize. For that matter, you can right click the taskbutton and do any of the above.

You might want to add a sub-style that does have the other buttons. I do think it's veyr unique though.

This skin looks good, but i have one suggestion: why don´t you make a substyle with the standard BeOS buttons (two buttons, one at left side, one at right side of titlebar text). OK, you´ve already included the freak substyle (and it´s great) but you could also include a "classic" substyle...
anyway, it´s a great work!
