themes. Is there a reason the blind doesn't roll all the way up or is that how it's supposed to be.

I loved using CP Christmas last year, and I was looking forward to having it again this year, but I'm hoping you plan to update a couple of things so it will work with the latest WB. The ObjectBar and the Start Panel didn't skin, and there may be other details missing. The parts that are left are so beautiful. Is there any hope you will have the time?

What do you mean by "supposed to be included"? I never include a wallpaper because that makes the WB too big and because this section is about WB and NOT about wallpapers But if you would have looked/searched the wallpaper section however you would have found it Link
