ok diamond30 i need work again because i resolve the problem for the first part ,but for the second !!! grrrrrrrrr!!! after test ,test and retest the color never change !!! uhmmmm not sure but for this part i think that never changed and for color theme or dark that is a problem !!!

xav you can solve yur font problem with:
miscelaneous/colours/menu/background menu/color 0,55,157 (which is the color of your menu background so that removes the light shadow of the font). And
misc/colours/menu/text menu/color 174,233,255 (or any light blue). That should do it

This skin has quite a few plusses - the roll-up and extra buttons are great, toolbar icons look very good, and inset look for the systray is nice as well.
One problem that I ran into was font readability - not the same problem as mentioned previously: in the StartMenu, the left backgound versus the font color results in hard to read text. Flashing taskbar item color feels off compared to the rest of the skin. Font of taskbar doesn't match up with titlebar font (small issue...)
Overall, very good "shiny" skin.
