Congratulations and Thank You! Just what I was looking for.
That this is your first skin is really surprising. It's really excellent.
A couple of minor suggestions. It would be nice if the all the buttons on the Start Menu were "Aqua" buttons (All Programs, Log Off,Turn Off Computer). It might also reflect the WMP 10 style better if you did a glossy bar for the area where the Log Off and Turn Off Computer buttons are located, simular to the bar at the bottom of the player.

Thanks!!! I am actually working on an entirely new set of log on/off buttons & caption buttons too...
The Blue glassy bar at the bottom of the start menu is actually based on the bar for WMP10 when it is minimized and the shutter is open... take a look I wanted the start menu top and bottom sections to have a LOT of contrast... And i used that same glassy blue bar throughout a lot of the WindowBlind...
I believe I will be working on this WB until Windows Media Player 20 comes out....
Watch for new substyles, including a small taskbar version, a compact menu version, a Metal color variation and possibly one with built in media player controls...

I meant the WMP9 skin "quicksilver" (in compact mode) glassy blue bar when the shutter is open...

DELETE THE PREVIOUS VERSION FIRST - Otherwise the cache will not update the substyle selection menu...

Very very beautiful skin! I like soo much the aqua style, I think that's the first time that Microsoft use this style!
BTW if you want you can add the aqua style to the start button, maybe making it similar to the top bar of the windows, that is so cool LOL .

I love this Skin!!!! i found a keeper. I am, however having 2 issues that i don't know are my fault, or the skin's fault... i am new to skinning.
1. on the start menu. it shows the icons for the different programs, but the background is not showing up. it looks like large empty boxes. the icon is there, just the blending background isn't.
2. the text on pop-ups is unreadable. if, for example, you hover over something on the bottom bar. a popup box appears. it is very light blue. and the text is white. this makes it impossible to read.
i am sure there is a fix, or workaround, i just don't know it.
