Could use some more creativity with the Start menu, and needs more "flash" on the silver. Reminds me too much of the Windows 95 GUI.

Nice job essencay. I would agree about the start panel though. The black lines /dividers take away from the bevel effect you have there. Now this is just my opinion, if the lines that extend out into the bevel of the start panel kinda faded out with the bevel I think you will see a huge difference in the depth. They kinda clash with the bevel. Thats about it though. Very very nice.
