CAD is Canadian Dollars. I would guess you are located in Canada (?) and the transaction is being converted from US Dollars to Canadian Dollars.

Is the Start area "The Raven" part removable? I can't tell if that whole area is the start button, or if that's an image baked into the taskbar.

It's a great skin, I love it, but I am having a small problem with title bars in Avid Pro Tools, this is a child window in the program, I think it has something to do with per pixel frames
