This skin was created with
purposely large and clear features and fonts with good contrast
for folks who need a desktop that is easy to see and to use. Apply this skin through the WinXP
Display Properties Appearance Tab and while there set the font size from Normal to Large. The fonts
that aren't changed by this skin will be with this setting. My hope in doing this skin is that more
artists, preferably ones with better skills than me, will create more skins for visually impaired
individuals.

another area you may want to focus on, added a shaded area for the logoff & shutdown dialog images so that the white text shows up easier to read, it's currently white on a light blue bkgrnd, white on a dark blue or black background would be easier to read because the contrast would make the text show up easier - other than that good idea, you may want to pitch this idea to microsoft - I don't think enough themes or focus is placed upon those with visual impairment of some sort.
