yes i agree totally that the politics should be left out.. i appreciate the work and the effort.. i think i left that out the first time.. and i guess im a little biased cuz my birthday is the day before and well no one remembers my birthday for me any more its always oh your birthday is the day before 9-11 happened.. but yah.. anywho keep up the work.. i hope to see a great skin later on from you

I'm just pretty bummed out to see this comments section take a heated socio-political turn at times...as someone else pointed out, this section should be reserved for comments on the skin itself. The other political stuff could be saved for the messageboard. *sigh* But try not to pay too much attention to the naysayers, Crissy, and whatever you do, do NOT remove this skin from the site. Your skin came from the heart, and many of us do appreciate your work.
And nocool, your response to Terry Neil, "I'm glad those 10 years cleaning toilets has paid off," was an insult to everyone who has ever served this country, or anyone else who has ever been committed to the service of their country. It was very tacky.

wow!! you guys get all bent out of shape over a red, white, and blue skin every time one is posted? some of these comments are just plain ridiculous and assinine 
if you'e british, french, german, polish, iraqi, pakistani, indian, afghan, russian, chinese, japanese, canadian, mexican, or whatever you are and post a skin to show your pride in your country, i know for a fact that no american would rag on you like some of you idiots have done here. this country may not be perfect and i don't care for some of our leaders decisions but AMERICA is still the best country on this planet. so what if crissy wants to show her patriotism or sorrow over 9-11? she has that right in this country. not all countries allow such display. crsiiy, you go, girl!! if you take this down, i gurantee that another will be up in a coupel of days

and in defence of the greatest country in the world... if it wasn't for the U.S. entering WWII and liberating all of europe and most of Africia ( i know some other countries had a part in it also) but until the US entered the war the only country not under german control was britian so i guess the comment that the US doesn't care about other people in other countries is something to leave to the unedcuated.

When i read the comments in this review i found some of them extremely distasteful. I cannot believe some people would actually think like that let alone write a comment on a review showing their ignorance and total lack of compassion. I am a Brit and i love you guys over the other side of the pond and i can honestly say the heart of the British people went out to your nation on that fateful day. We must never forget and your skin is a glowing tribute to the families and those who lost their lives on 9/11.
Crissy you have made a lovely skin for all of us to enjoy and it is a totally appropriate way of honouring those people who lost their lives so needlessly. Once again thank you and our thoughts will be with you and our friends in America when the day comes around next week.

no offense about the skin. but some of the opionions here are really unacceptable.
First, you should know that NO COUNTRY (and the men behind it) will just go and RESCUE a whole people. They always want something in return. What they got from helping Europe after WWII??

I am half-American myself. I'm proud to be an American too. But what i can't stand is that some president can do whatever he wants, just because he's trying to get fear into his own people. (new attacks, mass dest. wep. ...)
I listen to American radio alot. Every frickin 2 hours there is a commercial from the us homeland security office telling the people that they should be prepared and always have enough food in the house because there might be an upcoming terrorist attack.
I tell you, this is not that far from what the Germans used the media for in WWII. Make the people think there is a huge threat and they'll allow you to do anything as long as it could be for their saftey.
So i say - AMERICANS YOU ARE A GREAT PEOPLE, BUT DON'T LET YOURSELF BE FOOLED BY A CORRUPT PRESIDENT WHO CARES ONLY ABOUT HIS OWN WEALTH AND POWER

Regardless of the commentary of some very ignorant jerks, many of us thank you, crissy. Your good thoughts and untentions come shining through, and the negativity of those who just have to spew their bile everywhere tell us just what kind of people they are.
I'm not big on red, white and blue skins, but this is well done. If I ran a business or was using a kiosk, I would load it for my customers to see, it has that kind of a feel to it.
