Well I download and installed it from windowblinds and I like it very much. However, I can't find the icons or the background. 
am I missing something or are there other files that I need to download from somewhere else.

Theres only one hat icon.It should be in the skin folder.It dosnt automatically change icons ,you have to do that on an individual basis.(truthfully its kinda a pain because when you change WB's,the hat is still there)There is no wall,thats someone elses work.There will eventually be a darker update to this.I think my monitor isnt showing me true colors and contrast.Things look fine to me but probably slightly washed out to others.(I think)

thanks grump...its so old now that WB has broken some parts on XP...really suprised to hear that it is useable on Vista.
