Or do you mean winstyle as in a "stylexp" skin? 
If that's the case it wouldn't really work. I use too many features that are exclusive to windowblinds. I haven't ruled out trying it again, but currently I only use windowblinds

I thnk most of my skins have a kind of neon look, at least to the buttons. 
We'll just see what I come up with next. It might be a while though cause these things take time and I'm moving soon as well
