bkfinest87, I am assuming that you do have the sysmetrix program installed. You will need to extract the StarPortal zip to the sysmetrix theme folder. Be sure that the folder name is exactly as I have it, i.e. StarPortal with no spaces and a capital S and capital P. Then open sysmetrix, select StarPortal and apply. This will get it going for you.
