I was testing your skin and got an e-mail in the meantime. I answered it and forgot all about your skin (which was running at the time). That's a good sign. It means it is a good skin for every day use. Very very simple.
You didn't skin all every WB feature, but I think in this case that is not important. The design is minimal, so all the bells and whistles could overdo it.
One thing: Maybe you should add a small thumb image (for the scroll bars). It allows you to specify how very small scroll bar thumbs should look. No that thumbs look cut off when the list is too large. Just a thought.
