I tried downloading and applying this theme myself. It worked. Close the display properties dialog windows before click on the download link. Anybody else had the same problem?

I've O.D.ed on 3-D and find this skin very comfortable. It may be flat, but it isn't plain. It has very nice subtle touches in framing and outline. However, WHY do you call it Summer?!!! This is as wintry a skin as I've ever seen, or am I missing some irony here?
