Thanks folks. The clouds, however simple they may look, are a result of literally hours of dragging a smudge tool with a splatter brush. At a certian point, tweaking them did not make it better, just different 
So I called it finished.

It looks good--it's worth looking at on the one hand, but doesn't grab your attention from other things on the other. The colours are very relaxing as well. Thanks.
