Another suggestion/idea: Make the back skin of the fairy as one color, but do leave the color shift beneath the wings. Just an idea though, dunno about the outcome.

A troupe of rogue gummi-bears has been dispatched to your home. Each one carries a sock full of week old sardines that they will relentlessly pummel you with. I have a signed and sworn statement from a psychiatrist that removes me from any and all harm they do to you, because this wallpaper made me insane.
On a lighter note...check out Fairyy's screenshot, using this wall. She tweaked it very well. Link I am still struggling with my vectors.
