I think it looks really promising. You obviously have design skills so it's only a matter of time [and probably very little] until you're cranking them out all the time! 
I wouldn't wory about what others think, really. Do YOU think it's a good wall? Are YOU proud of it? If so, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. Just keep doing what you do. 21 people as of now liked it well enough to make it their desktop image and that, in itself, is a huge compliment, no?
