hm.. Can I make a suggestion?.. When you're doing gradients, especially linear/radial/reflected ones, instead of black and white, try light grey and dark grey.. Sometimes straight black and white gradients are too harsh [even when set to soft light blending mode in PS] - Just a thought. Otherwise a nice wall.

Thanks Heir, sbgFX, TBC. sbgFX, I agree about the gradient thing... I use shades of gray 99% of the time, but this one just called for black and white for me. At least I think so. I wanted really high contrast..

Another nice one RPGFX,one small suggestion:Remove the black circle around the inner globe and tune light sources a bit of to the left,maybe set global lighting to -45 degrees. 
Other than these i like the lightnings effects (is that Eye Candy?),the space on the left for icons and the symmetry. Waiting for more colors (maybe an ocra one) or more designs of the same one (maybe another shape other than star,or maybe no shape at all). Well all in all congats for yet another great PSP work.
