Thank you Mr Himangshu and butch123 for your comments! Maybe kind of an unusual one for me. I've been working on this for awhile, have about 20 different versions in one folder. The center that looks like a mass of junk, is a chaoscope fractal, the blackness behind it is one also, but didn't look quite right at any time so I just blackened it out. The title artifacts comes from two places, the pile of partially visible junk and the tiny white dots and their reflections, which reminded me of lights, but may just look like pixels/artifacts to someone else.
