OH yeah! This is good!I used to have a 3d chess set.Easy to play,hard to win.Lot of games ended in draws.

Thank you Phoon and Phazon. I used a combination of 3D Max and Bryce for the models and post-edit with PS7. Render time was a killer But I like how it came out

I just have a quick question: Is that a checkmate or a stalemate? I dont think the king is actually in check at this point. I could be wrong though.

You are right Cerebro, King is not actually in check. Its a stalemate. Its white's (gold's) turn but the game read it as checkmate.

the king isn't in check...that pawn isn't able to start there (if that is the side it started on) and it can't just make odd moves...stale mate.

Would that pawn not actually be a queen, having reached the opposing side? And thus, wouldn't the king be in checkmate?
