Well XxSkylineMikexX there are many many GIMP tutorials out there on the net but I didn't create this wallpaper. All credit for this goes to Jairo Boudewyn, all I did was combine two of his wallpapers and made what you see above in GIMP.
But I'm sure you could make wonderful wallpapers in GIMP with PS experience and just knowing how to use textures and such.
