Where do I put these so that I can choose them in WB? I tried both my WB folder and the folder of the skin I use, but the toolbar doesn't show up!

@RottGutt, put the file in WB folder just like a skin. Then it in the WB Config.(Display Properties>WindowBlinds or Click on WBConfig in your WindowBlinds folder). There are a few options there. P.S. Animations & Toolbars will only work on skins that have these options enabled(There are a few lines in the skins main .ini at the very bottom). If you look in the .ini of a skin that does have it you can you can add these lines[Modified] to a skin that doesn't) DO NOT try doing this if unsure what to do. Hope this helps

@DPG... Thanks for the reply. What I did was dbl.-click the .wba files and I guess WindowBlinds itself made the correct sub-folders and uncompressed the .wba files. I am able to the Toolbars and the Animation within the WindowBlinds Config menu, but I cannot see the graphics for them. I am using the skin DogmaX, but there is no main.ini file for me to edit. Any other ideas? Thanks again!

Something to try: In the WB config check either of the two lower check boxes & reload the skin. If this doesn't work try rebooting, but this shouldn't be necessary. I'm using them w/ DogmaX w/ no probs. Good luck, let me know.....

Not sure but I think animation and toolbar ion only works on the registered version. At least I didn't have those features untill I got a registered version. They may be now including it in the sharware version now though.

One more thing, make sure to click on "Apply Changes", or maybe apply a different skin then switch back. Click on my name to see a screen shot w/ DogmaX.

OK, I have tried all that and all it did for me was reset the toolbar from the DogmaX version to the default Windows version. I am using the latest registered release version (not beta) downloadable thru Stardock Central. Maybe I should try the latest beta available?

OK, I have now updated my WB to the latest pre-release version, but still no luck with the toolbars or animations. I see on the Toolbar Icons and Progress Anims libraries that a LOT of people are having problems with getting the Toolbars and Animations to work. I will keep searching and if I find an answer I will post it here.

RottGutt... I was having the same problem as you. I had to change the GANTToolbars.ToolbarIcons file. Replace your file with this one and see if if works.

Lynn... IT WORKED! I can now see the graphics when I the GANT Toolbar! How did you do it? Can you do the same thing for the GANT Animations? I got the same problem with ALL the other toolbar sets too. I bet whatever you did would fix them also. Please e-mail me at tjohns34@adelphia.net and tell me how you fixed it. That way I will have it for future reference/toolbars. THANKS!!

All I did was take all the lines like this:

Image=GANT Toolbars\....

And took the space out. like this:

Image=GANTToolbars\...

Thats it. Just a simple path problem. Hope that helps.

I believe that when WB makes the folder for whatever toolbar or animation you are installing, it does not create the folder with spaces that might be specified in the .ToolbarIcons or .Animations file. A fix for ALL the toobars and animations might be that the author NOT put spaces in the folder name when they create the .ToolbarIcons or .Animations file. Thanks for your help Lynn. Your suggestion worked with ALL the toolbars and animations I had downloaded and were not working! Good Work!!

DPG, where exactly do you place the comments to enable a skin to use custom toolbars? I checked the ".ini" of the skin I want enabled and then compared it to a skin that already had toolbar support, but didn't see any difference. Also, the .ini you speak of is really the file "skin_name.uis", is that correct?
