Nice screenshot. I think the falcons logo could use some anti-aliasing (the edges are kind of jagged), but other that that, it's nice.

Overall very nice, except fort the wallpaper imo, and maybe the calendar as well.
A better wallpaper and a calendar that matches a little more the theme would have serserved a 10, but as is I gave it an 8.
