This gets a 10. First because it is just a cool desktop. Second because you watch Top Gear which is the best TV program EVER. If you don't get BBC America there's plenty of Top Gear on YouTube.

Thanks Zakai1369 and Chasbo. I do get to see Top Gear on a romanian tv station and of course on youtube, actualy that link on my IE it's from episode 1 of the season 14
