I don't know if they would conflict with windowblinds.The visual styles are applied just like regular themes (with some patching of your system) Thanks Thuglifejunior

Looks good. And no, using visual styles has never conflicted with Windowblinds for me. And using vista i don't have to patch my system files. There is a program that will apply them for you. Even faster than windowblinds.
