Thanks so much to everyone who has commented above. Apologies for not keeping up with your comments yesterday but I had a horrible day on Sunday! This SS really disappointed me as I have a hard time understanding how one of the best Blinds of all time, and I stress the one of, along with a gorgeous Wallpaper by one of the leading Wallpaper artists in our field could have been rated 2 stars by Moderation unless the setup of the two, which was done by me, sucked. That really bothered me as it seems insulting to the crew at Maxstyles & Richard Mohler and I was embarassed to be a part of that insult. I don't think this shot is that bad and surely deserves the standard 2.5 rateing that almost everything gets. I promised myself that I would not let these rateings get to me ever again but they did due to the reflection it cast on maxstyles and Richard. They do not produce 2 star designs!!! In all the artists I mentioned above, I forgot but should have included the priceless work of Lovely 62 whose Rainy's & Weather Widgets are incredible! Thanks Lovely!

Duke, my friend, I agree wholeheartedly about the whole issue, it disturbs me also when you see a screenshot and you know that the blind, wallpaper and the blending of shot is as close to brilliant as you can get and it gets a suck rating, I just don't understand, I know the moderators judge to different rules and constraints than us screenshotters, they are looking for screenshots of authors new work possibly, I don't really know, I suppose all I am saying is I know where your embarrassment of your work stems from, but I'm a newbie so maybe I shouldn't put my nose in where it doesn't belong, but I do feel for you. Obviously the authors don't agree, cos they have been on this screenshot and told you your work is great. Plus I'd like to apologise for ranting on about winning screenshot of the day, when you were obviously upset, sorry my friend

Duke, don't let the rating get you down. It happens to all of us at one point or another. My Talc windowblind started out with 2 stars..yeah, I was pissed off at first. After all the work I put in to it, and that's all I got?! But shortly after that, I started getting ratings from people who downloaded it, and the stars went up. Create things for yourself. Make things YOU like and ignore the stars ratings!. You have skill, and everyone here knows that..........BTW, when are you going to upload your sidebar in this shot...I want it!!!��
