Very nice shot.  Great description.
Looking forward to your next one.

Sometimes it's better to only upload a desktop that is functional after it's been used for a while and has been broken in; tweaked.  Uploading something that you havn't had time to use for a week or so makes a difference.

Appreciate the kind words Zubaz. Yes you do make a valid point. When I first started submitting SS of my desktop all the time went into making it look nice. After doing that awhile a little light goes on and you realize funtionally it wasn't very good. So now I do spend more time making sure that function doesn't take a back seat to looking pretty. Until I came to check the SS comments I hadn't noticed that I made the SSOTD. Thank you.

Thank you very much HG. I'm glad that someone or some folks thought well enough of the desktop to have it selected for SSOTD. As always the talent is in the elements used (WB, WP, Docks etc), and reflects on just how good the skinners in the community are. Congrats and thank you to all of them.

I remember your first shot like it was yesterday! Look at you now JT! This is one of the best pure setups I've ever seen my friend! You've demonstrated all the best reasons to customize with a wonderful expression! This is just an excellent all around ass kicker dude, probably one of my most favorites from your gallery! Ten Stars! Cp

Hey Curtis, thank you very much my friend. Your words have always been encouragment for me to keep trying to push forward. I must say though that I did drag my feet a lot in the beginning. Like we have always talked about, none of what people do with customizing their desktops could be done without the great and fantastic work of all the skinners here in the community. If it wasn't for them, we all would be looking at some very plain computer screens. Hey, another SSOTD, I wonder if Stardock will let me us the company car on the weekends.

Ok, this is what skinning is all about. A workable, useable, desktop. Good looking, but with all the elements you need to keep track of busy schedules.. Very nice. Great job.. Fiver....

I'm still pretty new to this customizing thing, but this is by far the coolest desktop that i've seen... great work!! one question, how do you get the transparent background in the explorer? that is awesome!!
