1. Find a smiley that you like and Right click it, menu opens up then left click Properties.
2. In the properties menu you will see Address: (URL) Drag your mouse to highlight the entire address (I'm using Mikes devil girl right above as an example)

This address is what you want to highlight. Once it's highlighted right click menu opens and left click COPY.
Close the smiley properties window, your smiley is copied.
3. Once you get into your comments box look at the small tool bar on top of it. The fifth button on the right is Insert Image. Click to open, you'll see at the top of this Image URL, right click and paste your address in there!
