The icons on the top of the page are from Toon-XP they are in th inons folder, you can put them in your object icons folder.

The rainlender skin is easy to make yourself just edit a skin and use the LoginBack.Bmp as background from the theme Faus-TOON folder in windowblinds and adjust the fonts for days/month/year and vupti u got it hope this help
