Raven, let me tell you a little bit about this skin... Back in 2003 the author announced the best looking skin ever to come out and created the biggest hype ever, it went on for months and every possible release date kept being postponed. It created the longest forum threads ever just not to be released at the end. It was the biggest fiasco in the skinning world

I would say then, that its possible, that the author didn't really make this theme to start with.
