Ok, no troubles. It comes as a .zip, if you have ObjectDock installed, you simply unzip it to the ObjectDock directory. This should add the Tabs and Background images as needed. If you can't apply the skin straight away, restart ObjectDock. If Problems Persist, See your Doctor.
