you are welcome Diablov !! just needed the great "Animated Shortcut" docklet by AndreasV: 
WWW Link ... move the anishortcut.dll inside the ObjectDock "Doklets" folder .... move the FIREfox 3 Animated Icon inside the Object Dock "Bundled Images" folder .... now right-click on the dock, go to "Add" and then click on New "Animated Shortcut" Docklet .... Rightclick on the new Icon "?" to set the properties: .... the Shortcut-Path (first clean completely the box then browse for Firefox 3.exe), .... the Animation-Set Image (browse for the FIREfox 3 Animated Icon ) ... don't hesitate to ask for more detailed instructions !!

welcome back phenixfeather !! which one is the troubling point ? ... 1) do you have the anishortcut.dll inside the ObjectDock "Doklets" subfolder + the FIREfox 3 Animated Icon inside the ObjectDock "Bundled Images" subfolder ? ... 2) did you found the New "Animated Shortcut" Docklet entry in the "Add" spaces after righclicking everywhere on the dock ? ...3) did appeared a new icon with the question mark shape on the dock ? ...4) did you set the properties after righclickig on the "?" icon ? ...5) did appeared the Firefox icon on the dock ? ...6) in the end rightclick on the Firefox icon and click "Toggle Animation" to start the show !! .....7) let me know
