This looks very nice. I love the concept. I will definitely have to come back and tell how it worked out. In the meantime, Thank You very much. Judging from the downloads of your other skins, I have a feeling it will be a pleasurable experience. 
I do have a laptop but I will also see what happens on the big screen.

Dear Gokhan38,good day.
You have to install DesktopX(free soft from stardock.com) and just run Desktopx,click "new theme".
