Hey yeah, I love this theme a lot... the concept is right up there, man. Great work.
Um, having a slight problem, though. Hangers are not responding to being moved very well... there's a bit of lag before they respond. Also other parts of the theme seem to be slow to respond to cursor commands. I do recall reading something about DX and issues in Win 7 x64, so maybe it's that. I will persevere with it, however, and see if I can get to the bottom of it. If I discover anything I'll let you know.
Other than that lttle glitch, though, top notch stuff and thanks for sharing. 
UPDATE:
Tried a few other DX themes (a couple of old ones from BoXXi that I know worked OK previously) and the same issue exists in those as well... so it's likely a DX and Win 7 x64 issue rather than being theme related.

Dude, I created it in Windows 7 64 bit. It must be a conflict with something else on your system.
K-TEK Steel, but it works even better with Cyclops, recolored.
