I think it's a good looking setup but it's needs some polish. For instance the umm bright red round display lamp on the top left the word start is not really angeled with the display. The task bar should extend all the way across as well. Maybe add a few shadows as well to add depth.

I Have my desktop set to 1280 x 1024, but it's still showing it too big.
