I cannot get the theme loaded, when I load it, nothing happens, it reads for a while, but it doesn't change the desktop, any ideas? I'm running NT 4.0 with Service Pack 6

I love the whole layout and all but it seemed that I can't shutdown my computer using the theme. It will say that it will shut down but it won't.
