I really like this theme, but check this out. When I have it loaded, tooltips don't work in IE or Delphi 5. If I load a different theme and they are back. Weird, huh?

Now that you mention it, tooltips don't work in IE for me either. That is weird. I'd never noticed that. I'll check it out and see if I can fix it.
