You need to download "Cursorxp" from Stardock. Once you have it, you can install cursorxp themes.. including this one.

I've been looking for cursors all over the place and this looks like the best one but how do i install it?
I have Window Blinds i can get the "style XP" or w/e its called i just unloaded it because it screwed up the skin i have.... PLZ HELP!
