I'm not sure why that happens, It only does it on certain bootskins.If you've got any idea's I'd be glad to hear them.

The only thing i can think of is it depends on which version of bootskin you use.

Great boot. This bootskin does the same on my computer. 
I liked the idea so much for this bootskin that I made one for myself with a pic from the web. The one I made in Photoshop came out fine! No white back ground in the progress bar!

The preview is running well, but when booting, the progress holder change from dark to white! No sure if that is a bug or you did by purpose? ... I really prefer to keep it dark!
