You had to unzip the *.bootskin file with winzip or winrar or so.. and then you must put the files in a new folder - name the folder shiva edition and then copy this folder to your Bootskin/Skins folder.... now it works, I hope so

It's beautiful.Only one problem: Shiva is a Hindu goddess but the font that you used is arabic-looking
