I need some help

I am a new member and have downloaded 3 logon themes, but i cannot get them to work. I dont know how to change from the default to the new one. They have been downloaded in winrar format.

Do you have this https://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/ installed? Where did you get the logons if they are in winRar format. Everything from here should be in either zip format or the format for the application you are using. In this case .logonXP. Did you download the logons from here?
