Change item order in flyouts

Before I reformated my computer, when I selected the My Favorites icon, the flyout arc of icons was centred on (perhaps coincidentally) a site beginning with "W" that also happened to be one of the most used.All good. However, no matter where I try and change the order, (Avant, IE, C:\Doc & Set\User\Fav) I can't change the order from alphabetical, putting "W"out of sight.
The favorites folder was saved & tranferred as was, with no deletions or additions.
Just that extra moment of scrolling makes it harder to justify the scenic route rather than the lightning fast Favorites menu on the Avant toolbar.
