hi, i recently got a dell xps m170 and it is totally kick-ass 
the problem is, the windows theme, though slightly modified, doesn't quite fit it so i was wondering if someone would be kind enough to design one around this window:

i would look through the library to find somthing to suit your needs..

I'm thinking with 3,742 skins (as I type) available here, you should be able to find something to suit your wants.
