Hello, I have seen some desktops and I'm wondering what kind of program you use to create your own desktop.. Can someone help me out. I love to create new things, and I want to dreate my own desktop, but I don't know where to start. THANKS A LOT..

It all depends on what you want to accomplish. Do you just want to change the look, add little programs on the desktop? Create a new start menu? Get rid of the Explorer shell and get a new one like litestep?
If it's customization to change the look and feel, start with https://www.stardock.com/ (the parent site to this one) and read through the descriptions of the various programs they offer. There are also programs available to help you create your own "skin," along with tutorials in these forms to get you started.
This site (WinCustomize) also has customization programs to change your cursors and such and also had descriptions of some of the programs...
