THIS Theme?

I was browsing (I'm PRETTY sure it was here) and came across a theme, I think called "tornXP", or something to that nature. It was like.. a basic XP format theme, but all cracked out and torn, with a tiny pirate flag on the start button. I would be SO greatful if anyone was familiar with this theme or another like it, and could point me in the direction of it.
I'm PRETTY sure it was here, because I remember it had comments.... but I looked through all of them and saw nothing of the like.
