Can someone help with making the bottom panel false view??!!

Can anyone help??? I am trying to make bottom panel a false view and some log on screens will but some wont...I have a couple that would look alot better if I could make it false...Can anyone HELP????

The way that works best for me is to set the bottom panel to "True" at about 80 px, and then crop off that amount from the bottom of your wallpaper and use it for the bottom panel image. Then use the rest of the wall as the center panel and set the top panel to "False". That's a fairly basic way to make it work right for a full screen wall on the logon. Depending on the size of your wall to start, it may not work at all resolutions.
