What is the best cursor? or what is a good blue cursor?

Most definitely -- and if you like the look of a particular cursor, and it doesn't come in the color you want, you can change it in the options (with the purchased version of CursorXP).
I use the Azar theme cursors. https://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SID=1&SkinID=1473&LibID=25
They are originally green in color, but I changed it to blue and it looks great.

I use Pro Tools but this is something that everyone will have their own opinions about.

Can't find ProTools in the gallery, but it's in my configure list & I see it in SDC.
